1. Three large imperial scene cabinet photos of Sarah Bernhardt in Racine's Phaedra circa 1884 by La Photographie Nouvelle, H. Mairet, Paris. Dimensions of each photograph are twelve and a quarter by nine and a quarter inches, with the albumen images nine by six and three quarters inches. Together with an illustrated  hardcover book in the original marbled boards about Sarah Bernhardt's performance, published in Paris circa 1884. Minor wear to photographs with a few small pinholes to mounts else fine. Four pieces in all. Rare in this large size. $500.00
